This Fall, lace up boots are walking their way into your closets! Having just bought a pair for myself, I can honestly state that they are both comfortable and fun to wear. These versatile boots go well with a plaid tunic (paired with leggings), a lacy skirt, or a plain dress. These boots provide many possibilities.

They are a modern twist of the 18th century lace up shoes. The twist being the height of the heel. Walk with confidence this week while you make stylish strides down Library Walk and through the forests between halls. Let these heeled boots take you to new heights!

Designers Jack McColough and Lazaro Hernandez

Proenza Schouler's fall collection by designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez  have made a series that features feminine skirts, pants and dresses . These outfits although dark, have rich, regal tones of blue, green and gold. There is such a perfect balance of color. As you can see above, the over the knee socks are purposely just low enough, that when you walk you can see a sliver of leg making it not a not totally complete tailored look, but still really nice.

--->The name "Proenza Schouler" is both of the combination of each designers mother's  maiden name. Cool eh?

Get One Leg Up On Them

 Leggings are staying  and walking into the fall fashion scene! Remember the post about Erin Wasson? Well, she must be mentioned yet again because she is the model for Pink's Ad Campaign for Fall 2010. Pinko is an Italian brand for women's fashion. They have a variety of colors and textures leggings for their Fall collection. Pinko isn't the only one though, Roberto Cavalli, Rick Owens, and Emanuel Ungaro are one of the many.
Zip, denim (jeggings), lace, abstract printed, neutral  and ripped looking leggings are all in.
